Delivery Information

Shipment:

All items are produced at our warehouse located in Overseas. Normal orders take 10 to 12 working days to be shipped from our end but some time it could take longer as usual due to not passed by Q.C. team, so you may not need to worry about your order and contact us right away.

Delivery Time:

Delivery of the order is around 5 to 6 working days after shipping the item from our end. Once the item is shipped we share tracking details with you. In case you are not available at home and couldn't receive your parcel so contact to the courier service to reschedule the shipment.

Courier Service:

Express courier services are used such as DHL, FedEx and SkyNet. By these courier services your item is delivered securely and rapidly at the destination. The shipment is totally free for our USA, UK and Canadian customers, But it doesn’t mean that other country’s customers are not important for us we only charge little shipping cost that you can bear.

Tracking Details:

We send tracking number that helps you to see the movement of the item and shipping and estimated delivery date. In case, you see no progress in tracking so you may immediately contact us so we can investigate regarding your shipment.

Return & Exchange:

We at DesireJackets commit to provide best services to every customer that’s why we hired highly qualified Q.C. (Quality Checking) team who work hard to send the perfect item which a buyer orders. First we want to point out the main issue which mostly buyers face that is size issue, as there are some confusion around buyers that a Medium size is in USA that is different in UK. So we send size confirmation email within 24 hours right after you order. And you are warned to put your current email while placing your order because you will be received size confirmation email on that email. In case of no response from your end the order will be processed and shipped in your selected size which you choose at the time of order, and no return or exchange will be applied for this type of orders. So you are required to reply us with your size confirmation within 24 hours after receiving our email.
